Do you offer free estimates or quotes ?

Great question! We proudly offer free estimates and quotes to customers within our general service area, as we are a California-based company located in San Diego. Please visit our Request a Quote section to confirm service availability and receive your free quote.

Do you offer services outside of california ?

Yes, we do. We proudly offer services to customers throughout the United States. For projects outside of California, a slightly different process applies. Typically, clients are responsible for covering travel expenses, lodging, and accommodations for our crew, which are outlined and agreed upon in the service agreement at the time of acceptance for new work or repairs.

Do you have a Referral or reward program ?

At this time, we do not offer a referral or rewards program; however, we are exploring the possibility of adding one in the future.

Do you offer warranty or protection ?

Yes, we do. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on any hardware we install, if an issue arises due to the installation itself, we take full responsibility and will resolve it promptly at no cost to you. We also offer service plans that provide additional protection and peace of mind.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept most widely used forms of payment, including major debit and credit card providers, as well as checks. For larger purchases, please note that the equipment purchase amount must clear before work can begin.
